How to make dandelion flower jam

  1. You will need 400 g of dandelion flower heads, 2 lemons and 1,5 kg of sugar per 1 liter of water.
  2. Wash the lemons and cut into pieces without peeling them.
  3. Boil them with the dandelion flower heads for 10 minutes.
  4. Let the solution sit for 24 hours.
  5. Wring the result.
  6. Strain the infusion.
  7. Add sugar.
  8. Boil until it is prepared.
  9. Put the hot jam in the jars and seal them.
